Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your photo magnets! While we do our best to ensure every order is perfect, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized photo magnets unless the item arrives damaged or there was a production error on our part (e.g., misspelling, incorrect design, or a different product than ordered).

Please double-check all text, images, and order details before submitting your purchase.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@oakandivoryphotoco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the matter quickly.

If eligible, we will offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Non-Custom Items & Eligible Returns

If you purchased a non-personalized item, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at contact@oakandivoryphotoco.com. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). Please note that unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
