Processing Time
All of our photo magnets are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will keep you updated by email.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer the following shipping options:

Free Shipping
We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $50.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country’s customs regulations. Oak & Ivory Photo Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but delays can happen due to weather, postal service disruptions, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and are happy to assist with tracking or delivery issues.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at contact@oakandivoryphotoco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
